ABOUT APSWP

Dear all, Welcome to the website of the Association of Psychiatric Social Work Professionals (APSWP). It has been a little over two years since APSWP came into existence. The association was born out of the collective need expressed by professionals across India for a body that takes up the cause for the profession and for the professionals. APSWP makes a concerted effort to protect professional interests, facilitate set standards for professional practice and propagate the ethical values intrinsic to the profession. Our logo represents what we as an association are striving for- Solidarity, Standards and Ethics.

Our website is designed to give a glimpse of us, our motto and our actions. It outlines our activities, our position statements and the newsletters. We are a new association that requires all your support and encouragement. Join us in our endeavor to safeguard the identity of the Psychiatric Social Work profession and to take this profession forward to newer heights.
